We started misty-petal because we saw a gap in Liverpool's pet care landscape. Traditional grooming salons work well for some animals, but many pets struggle with the noise, unfamiliar surroundings, and separation from their owners.

How We Got Started

The idea emerged from personal experience. Our founder's rescue dog, a nervous terrier named Jasper, would become distressed every time he needed grooming. After watching him shake in the car on the way to appointments, it became clear there had to be a better approach.

That's when we developed our mobile grooming concept. By bringing professional equipment and trained specialists directly to homes, we eliminated the transport stress and unfamiliar environment. Jasper's transformation was remarkable. Within two sessions, he went from fearful to relaxed, even enjoying the attention.
